A nice article in today's Register Guard.

Average home prices continue to rise and year to date have gone from $261,700 to $313,00 for Lane County.

We are in a great sellers market. Inventory is still low and there are lots of buyers in the market.

As we work our way into Fall it is still a great time to list your home.

With our multi tier marketing plat form we can list your home and have the ability to get the most eyes on your listing.

The more people that see your home, the higher the likely hood that it can be sold; quickly and at the highest price.

Hope everyone is having a fantastic September!

Eric
