Evette E. Swinson is thrilled to be joining the Rockwell Group | eXp Realty here in beautiful Southern Oregon. She is a former Realtor at Realty Executives in Riverside, Ca. on the Farias Team, working with years of experience under her belt. Evette prides herself in her attention to every detail, but first and foremost working with courtesy, commitment and attention to detail when it comes to helping you buy or sell your home.

She is experienced with commercial property sales, residential and luxury listings, she does it all! As an experienced Artistic Director with a demonstrated history of working in the performing arts industry she is skilled in Dance, Film, Theatre, Art and Ballet she brings her love for the arts into everything she does.

When Evette is not busy selling Real Estate she can be found teaching Ballet locally and working with experienced dancers to better their craft. She can usually be found at local arts & craft festivals or anything with a live performance.
