Shannan Alvis

Hi, I am Shannan Alvis. I am married and have 5 adult kids (4 boys and 1 girl). As of Jan 2024 I will have 10 grandkids. I grew up between living in Grants Pass and Crescent City, CA, and lived as an adult in Eagle Point for 20 years before moving to the Klamath Basin 12 years ago.

I bring to the real estate table over 30 years of customer service and business ownership experience, and was a professional horse trainer for over 25 years. I am extremely competitive and I work daily to be the best for myself and for my clients. When things get tough, I just dig in and figure out the best route to take, and never quit in either my professional or personal life!

Outside of real estate I am usually at a barrel race or driving cowtruck with my husband. Yes, I even have a CDL! I love CrossFit and running with my running partners Mick (an American Bully) and Sally (a Border Collie).
