900 N Haskell Street Ste A Unit Ste A, Central Point, OR 97502

Property Description

Priced below the cost of improvements! Turnkey wine bar and bottle shop at the corner entrance to the Twin Creeks retail and residential community in Central Point. Over $100,000 in building improvements, with inviting indoor and patio seating and excellent street exposure. Opened in 2023, the business features small wineries and independent winemakers from Southern Oregon, offering about 120 wines from 24 local wineries, a rotating weekly flight of five, wines by the glass, and bottles to enjoy on-site or take home. Local beer, cider, mocktails and small bites round out the menu, and regular live music and winery events keep the community coming back. Neighboring coffee and ice cream shops bring steady traffic. Current hours leave room to grow evenings, private events and a wine club. Price reduced for the seller's personal reasons, not the business. Financials available with a signed NDA.
