While the market is proving to favor sellers we are seeing far less of them, this is lending to a shortage of inventory in the market and likewise those homes are seeing far less days on market. We have seen all areas of Southern Oregon experience a dramatic drop in days on market by 30% to nearly 50% going from and average of 106 days on market in 2019 to just 45 in 2020 in the Jackson County New Urban Home Sales. Bottom line, now is a great time to sell your home, the market is super hot and selling could also mean getting an opportunity to buy another property at the record low interest rates!
