We are curious to see how the market will react to this winter, will we see a typical slow down or none at all like last December? Last winter was our busiest winter on record for the Rockwell Group and the way the market is, it doesn't show any signs of slowing. Will prices continue to go up as less homes are on the market, or will sellers decide to take advantage of the economy and the low interest and put their home on the market during the winter months instead of waiting until Spring?
