North Las Vegas Real Estate

With a population of nearly 650,000, Las Vegas is Nevada's largest city. Las Vegas, often known simply as Vegas, is the 25th-most populous city in the United States, the most populous city in the state of Nevada, and the county seat of Clark County. The city anchors the Las Vegas Valley metropolitan area and is the largest city within the greater Mojave Desert.

Las Vegas residents are lucky to enjoy warm, sunny weather majority of the year. However, the winter months are still relatively cold, with little rain. Yet, many people enjoy the fast moving, sporadic rain that occurs during the monsoon downpours of the summer.

Real estate in Las Vegas has a little bit of something for all. Mountain views and newer homes are located in West Las Vegas, in Summerlin, Blue Diamond and North Las Vegas and Aliante areas. Most homes here were constructed in or after the 2000's, and have a more modern feel. Although some homes especially in Old Las Vegas and Downtown areas are mid-century modern style that exist from the 60's. 

North Las Vegas boasts it's own communities with their own amenities such as hospitals, North Las Vegas Airport and their own local casinos. North Las Vegas is home to many of the military members serving Nellis Air Force base and is a great access point to drive north when visiting Moab and Utah.
