Winchester is the smaller of the major cities making up Tennessee. Located on the Southern border to neighboring state Georgia, Winchester has around 10,000 population. 

Many of the residential style is reflective of its suburban development post WWII, and maintain a ranch style aesthetic with many of the homes being comparatively new, and not classical Americana or predating the turn of the previous century. Winchester  features Tim Ford Lake that is now known for excellent boating and bass fishing opportunities because of the Tim Ford Dam along the Elk River.
